Everyday-life support

Support services under German long-term care law (§45a SGB XI) — recognition has been applied for. For eligible clients in Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse, the services are largely covered by long-term care insurance.

I specialize in autism and ADHD: no generic care service, but support that understands how your mind works.

For adults

Daily structure & routines

Together we build structures that match your energy level: weekly plans, routines, prioritization. Typically 1–2 sessions per week, 60–90 minutes.

Appointment & authority support

Doctor's appointments, public offices, applications: I prepare with you, come along, and debrief afterwards. You stay in control.

Social activation

Out of isolation, at your pace. One-on-one companionship for activities or low-stimulus group formats.

Care-system navigation

Which benefits are you entitled to? I explain care levels and allowances — and help with the applications.

What I don't do

Personal care (washing, dressing), medical or nursing services, psychotherapy. There are other professionals for that — I'm happy to point you to them.

For families

Child companionship

I accompany your child by the hour, you get room to breathe. Before we start: a thorough introduction with parents and child, 1–2 joint transition sessions, written documentation of communication preferences, triggers, and no-gos.

Parent relief & system navigation

Applying for a care level? Filing an appeal? Using the care allowance? I navigate the system with you.

Participation support

Companionship for hobbies, clubs, school routes — so your child can participate without you always having to be there.

Quality & transparency
